Fuji Spray Sunless SoloTAN 1175 Starter Kit: What's Included?

What the SoloTAN 1175 starter kit actually contains

Is the turbine included, and how portable is it?

Yes. The bundle centers on the Fuji Spray Sunless SoloTAN 1175 system, which is described as lightweight and ultra-portable at less than 5 lbs. It has a padded handle and shoulder strap for transport, plus easy power cord storage. The catalog lists dimensions of 22.5 (H) x 5.5 (D) x 21.5 (W) inches for the system, so measure your vehicle or storage space against those figures if you plan to travel with it.

Which applicator comes with the kit?

The kit includes the TAN7400 Applicator, a featherlight plastic bleeder applicator that the catalog says suits beginner technicians and sunless professionals alike. The SoloTAN system is retrofitted with an enhanced applicator holder designed to keep the TAN7400 securely in place.

What are the pop-up tent's dimensions and best use?

The Kahuna Bay black pop-up spray tanning tent measures 7'3"H x 4'6"W x 4'6"D. The catalog describes it as a must-have for mobile tanning services or salon spray tanning, and notes that it pops up quickly and folds up easily for travel. It is equally at home in a salon or as a mobile setup at an airbrush tanning party.

Does the extraction fan include a filter?

The Norvell overspray reduction floor fan is included, and one filter comes with it. The catalog states the fan requires standard 16 x 16 x 1 inches fan filters that are easily replaceable, so plan for replacement filters as a routine supply item.

Setup and first-use questions

How do I set up the SoloTAN 1175 for a first session?

The supplied information does not include a step-by-step operating procedure for the turbine or applicator, so follow the manufacturer's instructions that come with the unit rather than improvising. What the catalog does confirm is that the tent pops up into shape quickly and folds up just as easily, and the system has a padded handle, shoulder strap, and cord storage to make transport straightforward.

Is this kit suitable for a complete beginner?

The catalog describes the 1175 SoloTAN system as the perfect entry-level spray tanning system and says the TAN7400 applicator suits beginner technicians. That makes the bundle a reasonable starting point if you want the core equipment—turbine, applicator, tent, and fan—in one purchase rather than sourcing each piece separately.

Can I use the tent and fan in a salon as well as mobile work?

Yes. The Kahuna Bay tent is described as equally at home in the salon or as a mobile tanning setup, and it lets a salon create a spray tanning space quickly. The Norvell floor fan is positioned as an ideal addition for a beginner professional or a consistent mobile spray room operator.

What maintenance does the kit require?

The only maintenance detail supplied is for the fan: it takes standard 16 x 16 x 1 inches filters that are easily replaceable, and one filter is included. The catalog does not provide cleaning or care instructions for the turbine, applicator, or tent, so refer to the manufacturer's documentation for those components.

What the bundle does not tell you

The catalog does not list solution capacity, hose length, noise level, or a detailed setup sequence for the SoloTAN 1175. It also does not state vehicle compatibility or weather protection for the tent. Treat those as open questions to confirm with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy, rather than assuming a specification that is not published.

What you can rely on is the component list: the SoloTAN 1175 turbine system, the TAN7400 applicator with its dedicated holder, the Kahuna Bay pop-up tent, and the Norvell overspray reduction floor fan with one filter. The bundle carries a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty, and the catalog price is USD 371.91 against a comparison price of USD 539.00.
