Wasn't sure I'd notice a difference swapping out the lamps, but the red glow is noticeably brighter than the old set. The kit came with all 32 pieces I needed, so nothing was missing when I opened the box. Took maybe half an hour to install all of them.

The 32 bulbs arrived well-packed and all fired up without issue. Took a bit to sort which 14 go in the bottom canopy since the labeling is vague, but once I matched them, the unit runs like new.

The 18 top canopy lamps and 14 side lamps arrived individually boxed, which made swapping out my old ones pretty painless. Only gripe is that two of the 75-inch lamps had slightly bent pins I had to straighten before they'd seat. Output looks even across the whole canopy now.
