Honestly didn't expect much from an add-on service, but the inside delivery option alone saved me hauling everything up three flights. They even took the packaging away with them. Worth every penny for the hassle it saved.

The two-person crew had my unit unboxed, leveled, and running in under an hour, and they hauled away every bit of packaging. Choosing the inside delivery plus installation option was the right call.

I was braced for a day of furniture wrestling, but the two guys handled everything in under an hour. Choosing the inside delivery and installation option was worth it just to see them level the washer without a single scratch on the tile.
